Michelle Maliczewski

Michelle Maliczewski completed her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Prior to that, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta.

Michelle is committed to the physical health and well-being of her clients so they can return to activities most meaningful to them. She is passionate about advancing her knowledge and skills and has completed the Orthopaedic Division’s Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Program Level 2 component (upper extremity). She is also certified in Functional Dry Needling (Kinetacore), and Acupuncture (Acupuncture Canada).

She works closely with her clients to form tailored intervention plans that best suit their needs. This may include a combination of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, needling, and education.

Michelle has a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation and has experience treating conditions including BPPV, cervicogenic headaches, unilateral vestibular hypofunction, and disuse disequilibrium. She has also completed post-graduate training in the treatment of concussion injuries.

Outside of the clinic, Michelle enjoys an array of outdoor activities including running, biking, hiking, and cross-country skiing. She loves spending time with her family and friends while exploring new areas in both St. Albert and Edmonton.
