What to Expect
Through a specific data collection process, the Strength and Conditioning Specialist can prescribe a more targeted approach to an athletes’ overall physical training program. The evaluation process includes an intake interview, a neuromuscular profile, and other testing methods that are specific to the individual and their sport. From this, an individual program is developed, which has embedded tracking and monitoring methods that allow the athlete and Strength and Conditioning Specialist to understand the unique physiological response to the training stress.
