In June our daughter dislocated her kneecap, a huge injury for a young competitive soccer player. We were referred to Athletes's Advantage and started working with Teri and Norm right away. Their attention, care, understanding and willingness to answer our many questions has been next level. We are now at the next stage and Teri has been incredible! Already we are seeing the benefits of the individualized treatment plan she has developed. Her dedication and knowledge of the physical, mental and emotional needs of an athlete have kept us all focused and committed. Thank you, Teri! My daughter in grade 10 got a partial achillies tear. Norm helped her out a ton!! I was very impressed with the 1on 1 interaction, being with her from start to finish making sure the exercises were done exactly right. I have been to other physios in the past and there is no comparison!

Super clean and professional facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I tried the recovery boots for my legs for the first time and I was very happy with the results, never felt better. Highly recommended to anyone with soreness or in prep for sports!! I will definitely be coming back for future therapy when I need it. 5 stars
