Katie Goliath

Katie completed her Master of Science in physiotherapy as well as her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta. Her interest in a career as a physiotherapist first began in high school while going to physiotherapy herself. She has worked in clinics in some capacity for more than ten years either as a Kinesiologist or Physiotherapist.

Katie works with all populations, but she has special interest in the rehabilitation of ACL and other knee injuries. Katie’s approach to injuries is through exercise- based care. She also enjoys working with runners and other endurance athletes. She has taken continuing education in strength and conditioning for injury management and dry needling.

Katie spends most of her free time with her dog, Murphy. To stay active, you can find her running trails in the river valley and training aerial arts like lyra.
