Unfortunately you do not qualify for the Accelerated Care and Evaluation (ACE) Program by Advantage at this time as your injury is more chronic (>3 months). We do have other options for you to access our Sport Medicine Team - it can be by internal or external referral:

1. Internal referral: An assessment with one of our physiotherapists can happen without a referral for any condition. They can then refer you - if indicated - to one of our sport medicine specialists. Please contact our clinic at (780) 460-9977 and one of our team members would be happy to assist you.

2. External Referral: You can ask your Family Doctor or current Physiotherapist to refer you to Advantage Sport Medicine.
