Work up a sweat & challenge your balance. Build strength & improve flexibility. This mindful & slow motion yoga flow class will help you cultivate steadiness in your body, mind & energy. Take time to refine your alignment in each pose and synchronize your movements with your breath. Options to increase or reduce intensity will be offered.

Release stress & tension. Bring ease to your nervous system & joints. Combine the deep slow stretches of Yin Yoga with the gentle opening & restful poses of Restorative Yoga for a mind & body reset. Yin Yoga stretches the connective tissue of the body. Restorative Yoga allows you to rest deeply in gentle, supported postures using props. This gentle class will help your body tap into its own innate healing & recovery.

Improve joint mobility, flexibility & circulation. Yin Yoga is the perfect way to bring calm to your busy life. It is a slower moving yoga practice where poses are held for a longer time. You’ll stretch beyond muscles into connective tissue or fascia. It can help to improve your sleep, reduce stress & balance your energy. Most poses will be done lying or seated on the floor with the occasional standing forward fold or low lunge. Options to increase or reduce intensity will be offered.

A full body workout, with an emphasis on strengthening functional movement patterns that you use in your daily life. Push, Pull,Press, Hinge, Squat, Carry. Some light to moderate DB exercises, paired with bands and bodyweight movements. 

A posterior chain exercise set targeting hips, hamstrings and gluteal muscles that make up a strong posterior chain. An emphasis on core strength andendurance that will make you break a sweat as well as strengthen Glutes andCore! Some moderate DB strength exercises, paired with band and bodyweight endurance movements. 

An upper body focused workout, emphasizing functional pushing, and pulling patterns, as well as  core movements for an upper body workout! Some light to moderate DB strength exercises, paired with band and bodyweight endurance movements.
