Strive for 5km!

If you’ve been thinking about starting to run to take up a new exercise or to get in shape, try our Strive for 5km program this fall!

 

Our program includes a movement screen, strength training program in addition to 6 weeks of running. If you’ve never ran before or you’re ready to return to running this program will help build your endurance, strength, and confidence.
